About Hyunsoo
Hi! I’m a singer-songwriter who studied at Berklee College of Music and have released over 30 original songs. For the past 6 years, I’ve been teaching students and adult hobby musicians. I love helping people enjoy music and discover their own creative voice. My lessons are always friendly, supportive and focused on building confidence through making music.

Korean
With over 6 years of teaching experience, I create personalised lesson plans based on each student’s goals and musical taste. Lessons focus on songwriting and arranging, as well as analysing and learning songs that match the student’s style.
Students will learn how to write and arrange their own music using acoustic guitar or basic piano. We also use Logic Pro X to record demo versions of original songs and explore MIDI production.
For beginners who are new to songwriting, we start by learning chords and playing songs they love—such as music by The Beatles, Anne-Marie, Coldplay or Taylor Swift—while gradually building the skills needed to create their own music.
