About Dean
With 13 years of experience in vocal instruction, I am dedicated to helping students of all ages develop their singing abilities to their fullest potential. My expertise covers specialized areas such as vocal technique, breath control, and performance skills. I design each lesson to meet the individual needs and goals of my students, creating a customized learning experience that fosters both technical proficiency and artistic expression. My approach ensures that students gain confidence in their abilities while honing their unique vocal qualities.
In my teaching, I emphasize the importance of a solid technical foundation combined with the freedom to explore and express oneself through music. By focusing on vocal technique and breath control, I help students build a strong and reliable singing voice that can adapt to various styles and genres. Performance skills are also a key component of my lessons, as I believe that stage presence and confidence are crucial for any aspiring vocalist. My goal is to nurture each student’s growth, guiding them to unlock their full vocal potential.
Outside of teaching, I am passionate about a range of interests that enrich my life and inspire my work. I enjoy exploring different musical genres, attending live performances, and staying current with trends in vocal training and performance. Additionally, I love spending time in nature, hiking and photographing scenic landscapes. These hobbies provide a creative outlet and a sense of balance, which I bring into my teaching to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment for my students.
