About Violet
"Twelve years ago, I began teaching yoga across various studios to share the practice I love. My training comes from the Sivananda TTC tradition.
I focus on helping stressed professionals find rest. My work involves guiding students towards better alignment on the mat. I have spent 12 years teaching. These days, I specifically support sleep focused learners.
Sometimes it is about mobility. Other times, it is about stillness. I am a bilingual friendly instructor. It is a quiet process."

"You arrive on your mat and we start with a slow conscious breath to settle the nervous system. I integrate my Sivananda background to focus on safe alignment for your stiff joints. We move through gentle vinyasa flow while emphasising pranayama and core strength. I provide space for deep relaxation and savasana to ensure you leave feeling fully restored.
You will find that regular meditation and mindfulness work creates a sense of ease in your daily life. I hope to see you breathe easier soon."
