About Kickbox
My name is Rahul. I believe in learning new skills and to keep fitness in my daily routine. With 5 years of coaching experience in Boxing Kickboxing and general Fitness I am passionate about teaching the art. I work hard and believe there are no shortcuts.

About the lesson

In a 60 minute session Emphasis will be on the technique, stamina and endurance, strength, agility and coordination of the body .
Each session covers these different component of the sport starting with easy warm-up exercises and some dynamic stretching followed by the technical knowledge and drills and finally cool down.

I have been traning with him for just over an year now, with not a lot of experience in high intensity workout/sports and basically 0 experience in combat sports. In my experience his basics are extremely solid and his classes are somehow both beginner friendly and for those with a decent bit of experience. His dememour is great and I would wholeheartedly suggest him to anyone looking to start out with combat sports.
I have been taking kickboxing classes since 3 years from Rahul sensei. His classes have been very practical and hands on, excellent coach. 100% recommended.
