About Hugo

I am a dedicated ESL tutor with 12 years of experience helping school and college students improve their English through engaging and personalized lessons. I believe every student has the potential to become a confident English speaker when learning takes place in a positive and supportive environment. My teaching approach focuses on building strong communication skills while making every lesson enjoyable and meaningful.

My classes cover grammar, vocabulary, speaking, listening, reading, writing, pronunciation, conversation practice, Business English, academic writing, presentation skills, public speaking, interview preparation, and workplace communication. I design every lesson according to the student's learning style, strengths, and personal goals.

I use modern teaching techniques such as interactive discussions, storytelling, educational videos, digital learning platforms, role-playing, vocabulary games, and real-life situations. These activities help students understand English naturally while improving fluency and confidence.

I regularly assess progress through quizzes, speaking exercises, and personalized feedback. My classroom encourages curiosity, creativity, and active participation. My goal is to help students achieve academic success, communicate confidently, and develop lifelong English skills for education, career growth, and everyday life.

About the lesson

My approach to teaching ESL is focused on creating confident learners who can use English naturally in different situations. I believe communication, creativity, flexibility, accountability, and integrity are essential for successful language learning. I personalize every lesson to suit the student's learning style, interests, and goals.

I teach speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation through engaging activities such as discussions, role-playing, storytelling, reading practice, writing exercises, listening tasks, and real-life communication. Students are encouraged to think and communicate in English from the beginning, allowing them to develop confidence and fluency over time.

Flexibility allows me to adjust lesson plans whenever students need additional guidance or greater challenges. I provide detailed feedback, revision sessions, and personalized exercises to ensure continuous improvement. My classroom encourages curiosity, active participation, and a positive attitude toward learning.

Accountability helps students stay organized through realistic learning goals and regular progress evaluations. Integrity means maintaining professionalism, honesty, respect, and genuine commitment to helping every learner succeed.
