About Morgan

I am an ESL tutor with 6 years of experience helping high school and college students improve their English. I have taught 150–200 students, guiding them to better reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills. My teaching philosophy is centred on personalised lessons, patience, and encouragement.

I use interactive exercises, conversations, and real-life examples to make learning meaningful and fun. I focus on building confidence, so students feel comfortable expressing themselves in English.

Many of my students have improved their grades, fluency, and communication abilities. I aim to create a positive and supportive learning environment where students enjoy learning and achieve their goals.

About the lesson

My ESL teaching approach is built on creativity, mentorship, and critical thinking. I believe English learning should be interactive, practical, and enjoyable. I use exercises like storytelling, discussions, and role-plays to help students think creatively and communicate confidently.

I mentor students by offering support, encouragement, and guidance, helping them understand strengths, improve weaknesses, and achieve learning goals. I emphasise accountability, so students take responsibility for their progress and stay motivated.

Critical thinking is an essential part of my methodology. I teach students to analyse texts, express opinions, and communicate clearly, which strengthens both English proficiency and reasoning skills.

Besides ESL, I teach related subjects like writing, reading comprehension, vocabulary, and grammar. Lessons are flexible, interactive, and customised to meet the needs of every student.

I aim to create a friendly, supportive, and inspiring environment, where students feel confident to speak, explore ideas, and grow as independent and effective English learners.
