About Eric
I am a committed ESL tutor with 12 years of experience teaching school and college students. My goal is to help learners become confident English speakers by creating lessons that are engaging, practical, and easy to understand. I believe every student learns at a different pace, so I customize every lesson to match individual learning styles and goals.
My classes cover grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, speaking, listening, pronunciation, and conversation practice. I also teach Business English, academic writing, English for presentations, interview preparation, workplace communication, and English literature support whenever required.
I use innovative teaching methods such as interactive discussions, role-playing, educational games, digital learning platforms, videos, and real-life communication activities. These methods encourage students to think in English rather than simply memorizing grammar rules. Every lesson includes speaking practice to improve fluency and confidence.
I provide regular feedback, progress reports, and personalized exercises that help students improve steadily. My classroom is positive, encouraging, and student-centered, allowing learners to ask questions without hesitation. My mission is to help every student achieve academic success while developing lifelong English communication skills.

Accountability helps students stay committed through structured lesson plans, achievable goals, and continuous progress tracking. Integrity ensures every lesson is honest, respectful, professional, and centered on student success.
