About Sadhana
My journey into yoga began when I personally faced anxiety and depression. Through consistent practice, I experienced the powerful healing effects of yoga on both mind and body. Inspired by my transformation, I’ve spent the past 8 years helping others overcome stress, lifestyle diseases, and emotional struggles. My mission is to share what truly worked for me, and guide others toward a healthier, more peaceful life

I focus on correcting postures and forms with personal attention. With 8 years of experience, I guide students on nutrition, lifestyle modifications, and how to naturally manage issues like stress, high BP, diabetes, and constipation. My sessions are interactive, full of positive energy, and tailored to individual needs, making every student feel seen, supported, and inspired
