About Amanda
HEY! My name is Amanda, I'm in the 5th semester of social sciences (sociology) at the University of Brasilia, I'm 19 years old and I'm Capricorn. Despite my young age, I had the chance to live in Africa, more specifically in Maputo (Mozambique) and New Orleans (United States). I like to use active methodologies, to make the student forget that he is having a class, like videos, games and whatever he suggests!. I like to get to know the student well, understanding his difficulties, how he learns. I've been fluent in English since I was 2 years old, I've lived abroad, I got an 8.9 in the composition of the entrance exam at the University of Brasilia. I design my classes for elementary school students who have some difficulty in reinforcing humanities subjects, and also for high school students who are having difficulties in sociology, history and writing. I really like helping!
