I worked with August all through my freshman year of high school, August helped me throughout all of my English classes that year in addition to being a teacher's Aide for the second quarter of that class. They always approached situations with understanding and flexibility to make sure that the material was completely understood, and that I could actually implement the material in my writing.

August helped me in high school English. She helped me identify issues with my writing which turned out to be primarily run on sentences, I also needed help with my grammar. After talking to her and hearing her reviews of my writing I learned when to put periods instead of commas and watched as my grade improved. Very focused, dedicated tutor who is supportive but still gives you good constructive criticism.
