I have two methods of teaching. The first method is the intuition and the second is practical. In the Intuition part, I not only explain the code but also at times explain what happens in the background when that specific line of code is executed. I think it’s important to understand what happens under the hood as that improves people’s logic. In the practical part, I have people solve the problems the hard-way first (an algorithm) and then through the easy way (an API or Library). It’s important to know how to create algorithms to solve problems and not rely on special libraries and APIs.
