My teaching methodology is interactive sessions.
At first step i ask few questions from the students to know their existing depth of knowledge.
So that i can start directly from the point where they will connect and gain from me.
Sometimes after first step, i found that some of the students have to unlearn few things, just because of the wrong fundamentals they learnerd in past.
I make sure that every body in class is on same page
And even ask for small projects or assignments, which are less time consuming but covers all the major concepts.
