About Asbjørn
I have been playing the piano for over 10 years. Both classical, jazz and film music. My most recent work has been a musical theater performance. In the past, I have played large virtuoso pieces by sheet music. My focus is solo piano and rearranging music with lots of improvisation. I read both sheet music and chords, but do a lot of listening and hearing today. Do you want to learn sheet music, notation, listening, gain speed and generally develop significantly as a pianist? In a course with me, I will have a strong focus on your current level and where you want to go. My ambition is to learn smarter so you see positive results faster. Therefore, we want to go very in depth with you as a person and your music wherever you want to go. I prefer to keep things simple, motivating and effective. There will be more focus on getting music out rather than heavy theory books and boring assignments. If you are between 15-35 and want to develop as a solo pianist in classical, jazz or film music, we are most likely a good match.
