About Manha

Hi! My name is Manha, and I’m a dedicated high school sophomore with a strong passion for helping younger students succeed in English—especially in spelling, writing, and early grammar skills. I’ve always loved language and working with kids, and I’m excited to share what I know in a way that’s fun, simple, and easy to understand. Even as a student myself, I’ve had experience helping classmates and younger children with their schoolwork, and I’ve learned how to explain things in a way that makes sense. I take my role as a tutor seriously and always come prepared with thoughtful, engaging lessons that match each student’s pace and learning style. As someone who is patient, encouraging, and reliable, I do my best to make every session a positive experience. I believe that every student can succeed with the right guidance and support, and I’m here to offer both. If you’re looking for a friendly, motivated tutor who truly cares about your child’s progress, I’d love to help!

About the lesson

My teaching approach is warm, patient, and fun—perfect for young learners from elementary to 4th grade. I focus on helping students build strong spelling, writing, and basic grammar skills through engaging activities like word games, short stories, and sentence-building exercises. I adapt my lessons to each child’s pace and learning style, whether they’re visual learners, hands-on learners, or need extra encouragement. These lessons will be available for: - Students from Kindergarten to 4th Grade - Those who want to improve spelling, early writing, sentence structure, punctuation, or reading fluency - Children who may need a little extra help or a confidence boost in English classes I will set an encouraging and fun environment for the students and use creative methods such as memory games, stories, and many more tricks. The class will be a safe space for mistakes and to learn. I won’t only focus on memorization but also the why behind each lesson. During class, we’ll be starting with warmups such as quizzes or word puzzle games. We’ll be doing skill of the day during the class which will be focusing on spelling patterns, writing sentences, and punctuation. There will also be guided practices followed by independent practice. Finally, ending with feedback and warm-ups.
