About Stefano
I am a pharmacist, linguist, and educator with a diverse background spanning Spanish linguistics and pharmacy. Currently pursuing an M.S. in Spanish Linguistics at Georgetown University, I have extensive experience teaching Spanish at the undergraduate and graduate levels, specializing in medical Spanish, sociolinguistics, and phonetics. Before attending Georgetown University, I got my MA in Spanish from The University of Mississippi. At that time, I was appointed Graduate Instructor of Intensive Elementary/Intermediate Spanish. My expertise in healthcare and language education allows me to bridge the gap between linguistic proficiency and professional communication in medical settings. As a Spanish proctor for the School of Foreign Service (SFS), I evaluate students’ oral proficiency before graduation. I am also deeply engaged in community outreach, having served as a medical Spanish interpreter and led Spanish conversation groups to enhance real-world language acquisition. His multidisciplinary expertise, combined with his commitment to education, linguistic research, and healthcare communication, sets him apart as a versatile and impactful professional in both academic and medical fields.
