About Oscar
Together with my doctoral studies, I completed a one-year M.A. on pedagogy. This training, coupled with my hands-on teaching experiences, has allowed me to develop a communicative approach to teaching that stimulates student creativity and emphasizes context-based learning. I want students to enjoy the material as much as I do. More importantly, I want them to learn and to appreciate the analytical skills that the study of Spanish language can teach regarding Spanish cultures

I usually conduct my classes as seminars, where all students are encouraged to participate in discussions and are expected to actively question the materials presented.
