About Lourdes
I am a friendly and passionate tutor originally from Spain, with over 6 years of experience teaching online and experience working as an MFL teacher in a secondary school. I truly enjoy helping students build confidence and develop their language skills in a supportive and relaxed environment.
I believe that learning a language should go beyond grammar, so I like to immerse students in the culture through real-life examples, conversations, and practical situations. This helps make lessons more engaging, enjoyable, and easier to understand.
Outside of teaching, I love reading, going to the gym, and spending time outdoors, especially going for walks in the countryside. I am very passionate about my culture and love sharing it with my students, making each lesson both educational and enjoyable.
