About Rebeca

I have six years of experience doing private tuition for learners of a variety of different ages and ability levels.
Always I have had a lifelong passion for language. I speak good French having studied at a French school for over 14 years. Many years ago, I decided it was time I learnt to speak English, so I packed my bags and travelled to the UK from my home city Madrid. Arriving without speaking a word of English I discovered that with determination and consistency it is never too late for anything in life.

While there is a role for grammar and spelling, I believe passion and enthusiasm are the keys to gaining the initial confidence that is vital for success with a language. I aim to make sessions enjoyable and inspiring and take genuine pride in seeing my student’s progress.

About the lesson

I believe that the key to achieving results is working in a way that is tailored to the individual. Working with you to understand your requirements together we will identify simple goals that will help you achieve your objectives as quickly as possible. If you are able to work, to search, to explore independently with my guidance, then I will have reached my goal. While there is a role for grammar and spelling, I believe passion and enthusiasm are the keys to gaining the initial confidence that is vital for success with a language. I aim to make sessions enjoyable and inspiring and take genuine pride in seeing my student’s progress.
I help younger learners to prepare GCSE’s, A-levels, and International Baccalaureate and I also work with University students.
Having spent many years practicing as a Lawyer in both England and Spain, it has given me the experience to assist those looking to study Spanish for business meetings and corporate events.
It doesn't matter if you are young or old, learning Spanish for business or pleasure, setting realistic goals and tailoring lessons to your needs is the key to success.

Rebeca has been teaching me Spanish, both face to face and online, for over a year.

Rebeca is a natural communicator and, since I started , she has given 100% to ensure each lesson builds on my language skills. She has given me the confidence to start communicating in Spanish and she manages to find the perfect combination of educating me and making the lessons very enjoyable.

I am delighted that I have started my learning journey with her and intend to continue to build my skills with her excellent support. I could not recommend her more highly to provide a first class educational experience . No matter what level a pupil is striving to achieve, she will giv you the confidence and knowledge to succeed.
