About Brittany
I have over seven years of experience in special education, working with a diverse range of students to support their unique learning needs. Throughout my career, I have developed and implemented individualized education plans (IEPs), collaborated with multidisciplinary teams, and fostered inclusive classroom environments. I am currently completing my master's degree in special education, where I have focused on evidence-based teaching strategies and behavioral interventions. Furthermore, I am eager to further my expertise by pursuing a doctorate in educational leadership to advocate change and advocate for enhanced resources and support for students with disabilities and their families.
