About Kimble
An older man. I was in the military and got involved in training from there (first aid, water safety and life saving, sports coaching, weapons training and survival bushcraft). As an educator, I have worked in many parts of the world, as a teacher/trainer and consultant. My qualifications include teacher training, Master's degrees in Linguistics, Special Needs Education (including speech for deaf people) and Education Management. I also have a degree in Development Studies, eLearning and Project Management.

My basic approach is one of 'direct teaching' (10-15%) where we would go over some aspect, a grammar point or something from literature. This would be followed by 'enquiry- based learning'. Depending on the age of the student and their ability this would include three main stages: (1) Going over previous work. (2) learning something new (writing, speaking, reading). (3) Go over work for that session.
