I'm a qualified IT specialist with almost 10 years of experience in the field. Throughout my career, I've always strived to keep up to date with the latest technologies, and have taken various IT exams such as the CompTIA A+ and Network+ to "prove my skills". Feel assured that I am recognized as an IT expert in the eyes of one of the biggest IT examination boards worldwide. I pride myself on my passion for IT, and hope to help you with any computer-related issues that you might have. I am an IT Specialist / Facilitator offering services or training on Basic computer skills, Computer networks, Software, Computer Repairs and General Computing. I love problem-solving and enjoy helping students grapple with difficult concepts. Computers are my passion. I have a proven track record of successfully finding and solving the root causes of IT-related problems. I am a problem solver with excellent analytical skills who enjoys challenges and works well under pressure. I have very strong customer service skills in the front line helping clients resolve complex technical IT issues and I have consistently contributed to the development of best practices, procedures, and policies.
