About Arthur

I am a lifelong vocalist, I traveled my own choir at 11 years old, I performed in gospel quartet throughout my childhood and participated in male chorus as well as multiple choirs. I enjoy introducing arts and music to children and youth. I expose the arts and music to young people just as I had mentors and experiences that gave me the opportunity to showcase my talents through church and in the community. I participated in my high school choir in middle school. I continued my choral experience through high school and college. I participated in multiple choirs at the university level. I was also a vocal scholarship bass section (baritone) non-music major at Kentucky State University under the direction of the Dr. Carl H. Smith and toured in the world-renowned Kentucky State University Concert Choir for multiple collegiate years. I even had a solo on one of the gospels during my time. I participated in band beginning in middle school with percussion then trumpet. I played trumpet and treble clef baritone in band throughout high school. I direct the Williams Visions and Dreams for Youth Ohio Youth Choir Program and facilitator of the Arts and Music Program. I established the Arthur Williams Jr “Intercollegiate Choir”. I been featured on Adrienne Williams’s “Hosanna, Claiming Victory Through Jesus” 2012 Album. I had the privilege to share in some of the writing and arrangements of a few of the selections. I am personally developing and conducting several workshops and fine arts camps for the community in Ohio and throughout the country where I partnering and collaboration with some of the top respected clinicians / leaders in the arts arena. I am still growing musically so I may continue to offer the best part of myself and industry expected realities. I’m looking forward to sharing in your musical journey.
