To ensure a holistic learning experience, I integrate coding ethics and best practices into my lessons. I emphasise the importance of writing clean, efficient, and ethical code, instilling in students the principles of responsible coding and the impact of their work on society. I incorporate peer-to-peer learning into my classes. I encourage students to collaborate, share their knowledge, and learn from each other. Group projects and coding challenges create an environment where students not only learn from me but also from their peers, fostering teamwork and collaboration. I believe in continuous assessment and feedback. Regular coding assessments, quizzes, and project evaluations help me gauge students' progress and identify areas that need reinforcement. Constructive feedback allows students to understand their strengths and weaknesses, enabling them to improve continuously.
