About Alex
I am a PhD student and sports lecturer, I have been providing fitness classes for over 3 years and working in a gym for a year and a half. My students achieve consistently high results in class and exams. I help students to gain confidence and advise on how they can gain practical experience as I believe this is very important.

I am postgraduate, I currently teach undergraduates at degree level and foundation degree level. My lessons are interactive and get students to think throughout by including plenty of discussion. I offer the main points allowing students to explore these in more depth following sessions, and asking questions at the following session. I am a research based tutor as the field is science based.
