About Andy
I have been studying and competing in various martial arts for over 10 years. I have podium finishes at national level in Taekwondo and a professional mixed martial arts record of 5 wins and 3 losses.
I have coached martial artists to international gold medals, including 2x world championships.
I completed my level 3 in personal training in 2018 and specialise in nutrition education, improving body composition, fat loss and muscle strengthening.
I am due to graduate as a qualified sport scientist in 2020.
