I am a sport scientist currently working part time at a high school specialising in Rowing and Rugby. As I am an athlete, it makes me passionate to help other individuals realise their own potential. I have an undergrad in Sport psychology as I am a firm believer in the balance of mental and physical contributions to achieving any goals
