About Matthias
I am a competitive squash athlete and have been playing in the team for Squashboard 81 eV in Münster for 4 years, have been going to national competitions and tournaments for 2 years and am currently number one in Münster (U20). In connection with squash I go to the gym and train general fitness and flexibility for more performance on the court.

My training is aimed at all those who already do sports on a basic level, whether it is fitness at home or a club sport such as soccer, squash, tennis etc. I will convey general training concepts, discuss training settings and training plans and hold you responsible for implementing them to be observed. Not only for better performance in sports, but also for a better everyday life.
