Thomas est un bon coach, il m'a donné plusieurs séances à faire à distance durant le confinement (je pratique régulièrement) et il sait adapter ses programmes aux besoins et difficultés que vous pouvez rencontrer. Son atout est qu'il peut également vous entraîner dans l'eau comme hors de l'eau, et vraiment vous proposer des séances très variées.
Thomas m’accompagne dans mes objectifs depuis le mois de novembre dans la préparation physique et en natation.
Il est à l’écoute de mes besoins et sait s’adapter à ma condition physique.
Il sait me motiver quand ça ne va pas !
Son expérience se ressent, je vous conseille ce jeune plein d’énergie !
