About Jodie
I am an experienced wellness coach and teacher with over 17 years working in the industry. I am a keen swimmer and triathlete who has competed up to Ironman 70.3. Being active and understanding the body is one of my passions. I enjoy helping others feel motivated and learn my subject to enhance their confidence and health.

I am dynamic and highly experienced in all areas of health and fitness. You can learn how to create fitness plans and programmes , anatomy and physiology, practical business planning and marketing and special populations.In addition I can teach you and help you revise GCSE and A level sport.
