I am a hockey player and swimmer who loves to dance and listen to music. I have a BA in Sport Psychology Degree and looking to expand my opportunities. Hard working and dedicated, always up for a challenge. Excited to throw myself into my work and students.

My teaching method is simple and practical. Show the students what to do by physically doing the exercise and ask if anyone needs help or questions. Showing students what to do is more practical then telling them, this way they know what to do and how to do it correctly.
