About Anoushka
Hi! I'm a B.Sc. Sports Science graduate, a national-level athlete with 9 years of experience, and an experienced fitness trainer who is passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals. My background in sports science has given me a strong understanding of exercise, movement, and overall health, allowing me to create safe and effective training programs for every individual.
I believe that fitness should be enjoyable, sustainable, and suited to each person's unique needs. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build strength, improve endurance, increase flexibility, or simply lead a healthier lifestyle, I'll support and motivate you every step of the way.
My coaching style is friendly, encouraging, and focused on proper technique, consistency, and long-term progress. I create a positive environment where clients feel comfortable challenging themselves, asking questions, and celebrating every achievement—no matter how big or small.
I look forward to helping you become stronger, healthier, and more confident while making fitness an enjoyable part of your daily life.

Details
My coaching fees include personalized workout plans, guidance on proper exercise techniques, progress tracking, and ongoing support to help you achieve your fitness goals. Online sessions are ₹1,500 per hour, while in-person sessions are ₹2,000 per hour to account for travel. There are no hidden charges, and every session is tailored to your individual fitness level and objectives.
