About Darren
I am a Sports Scientist and Sports performance coach with a BSc in Sports science & Health from Dublin City University and an MSc in Strength & Conditioning from Liverpool John Moores University. I am also a qualified Personal Trainer and have been working with athletes and general clients for over 5 years now. I can help you understand the main principle behind program design, exercise selection and execution.

I am admittedly a relative novice to the teaching world but over my many years of education which still continues, I have encountered more bad teaching methods than good.
