About Teo
I have a Bachelor in Economics 1st Dan in Karate do style Shitō-ryū. State selected in Olympic Fight. I belong to the World Shitoryu Karatedo Federation. I have had a sports career since a very young age, from which I was able to participate in national and state competitions with which I have established and expanded my knowledge in sports.

My focus is on the inner and mental part, without neglecting the physical training, nor the ultimate goal that is the martial art. Here you do not learn based on receiving blows, you learn to improve our capacity for self-defense, concentration, presence, flexibility, breathing, balance, coordination, in short body and mind control.
