About Adam
I am a private music teacher specialising in guitar, music theory and composition. I have been playing guitar for over 20 years and I hold a Masters Degree in Professional Media Composition. I have written music for short films, theatre and production libraries. I have a good understanding of music theory, harmony and orchestration. I also have an up to date DBS check.

My teaching style is relaxed but firm. I believe that it is important for students to learn through learning songs that they love. I am happy to teach any style and genre of music. I like to mix my lessons up to keep them interesting, working on technique, learning songs, improvisation and writing. I find that students learn faster when they are playing material that they love. I am happy as long an my students are enjoying their lessons and making progress. Playing music should always be fun!
