About Adrian
From my past I had problems with overweight and I did not feel good about myself, one day I decided to change, which I did, I quickly lost a lot of weight and I lost my weight. built a body with which I feel good. Adrian est un SuperProf car il est à l'écoute, il nous montre comment exécuter chaque exercice qu'il donne, il n'hésite pas à intervenir s'il voit qu'on se positionne mal, et donne des exercices plus simple si on a du mal avec le précédent
