Learning yoga from Vani yogish was the right choice I did. Even though I had done yoga before she taught me right way of doing it. She taught me different asanas when to it and benefits of it and also how to do it without more effort, which in turn has improved my posture. Another best practice she taught me wad different types pranayama which improved my sleeping pattern. Looking forward to learn more.
