My son needed a little extra reinforcement in algebra to help on the SATs. He had about a month's worth of lessons (late July through August), took the SATs on August 27 and scored 100 points higher than his last SAT is June. Had we started earlier this summer, I'm certain he would have scored even higher! Mrs. Sandy is a great tutor and my son loved her lessons. Thank you, Mrs. Sandy!

We did a few trial runs with a couple of other tutors and Sandy was easily the most personable. Sandy made it clear that she wasn’t there to just do or help you through homework. My daughter is essentially getting a parallel period of instruction to her regular math class. And because it’s one on one, she can give 100% focus to my daughter. Sandy has also been flexible with a lot of the recent scheduling conflicts that we’ve had and always makes an effort to fit my daughter in. I’m very happy we were able to have Sandy as our daughter’s tutor.

She is very thorough with her work and makes them learn not only the subject content but how to make notes, color code it for quick references and makes them feel confident Of what they are learning.
