About Rhea Fe

I approach tutoring elementary students by creating a friendly and supportive learning environment where they feel comfortable asking questions and expressing their ideas. I first identify their strengths and areas that need improvement so I can adjust my teaching methods to their needs. I use simple explanations, engaging activities, and real-life examples to make lessons easier to understand and more enjoyable. I encourage active participation, provide positive feedback, and patiently guide them through challenges. By regularly monitoring their progress and celebrating their achievements, I help build their confidence and motivation to learn.
