About Lerato
Hello, my name is Lerato. I am a passionate mathematics tutor and a high school top achiever and 1st prize mathematician with a strong understanding of mathematical concepts. I specialize in teaching Grades 8-12 mathematics, particularly algebra and trigonometry.
My teaching approach focuses on patterns and logical reasoning rather than memorization, helping students truly understand how mathematics works. I break down complex problems into clear, simple steps so students can build confidence and develop strong problem-solving skills.
I conduct my online lessons in English and aim to create a supportive and professional learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and engaging with the material. My goal is not only to help students improve their marks, but also to help them develop confidence and a deeper appreciation for mathematics.
