Whether you are mastering a new language or a new skill, the secret is the same: confidence and the right guidance.

I was born and raised in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. I'm a native Spanish speaker. With over 4 years of experience and a background in Psychology and Exercise Science, I understand the science of how we learn. I specialize in breaking down the "mental blocks" that stop people from speaking. I’ve lived the bilingual experience for the last 6 years; I have lived, studied, and worked in the United States, where I earned my bachelor's degree in exercise and sports science.

About the lesson

My lessons move beyond grammar drills and into real-world communication. These lessons are designed to bridge the gap between "understanding" English and actually "owning" it. Whether you're preparing for an interview or moving to an English-speaking country, I focus on the rhythm, idioms, and confidence needed to sound like a local.

I work with learners of all ages, from children and teenagers to adults. Whether you are looking for academic support for a student or professional development for yourself, I adapt my approach to meet the specific needs of each age group.

I don't believe in "one size fits all" teaching. Using my background in sports science and education, I use three specific pillars in every session:

The Safe-to-Fail Zone: As a former coach, I know that growth happens when you feel safe. My sessions are judgment-free zones where "mistakes" are actually just data points for us to improve.

The Immersion Method: We will focus on natural patterns. We move and speak in ways that reflect real life, not a classroom.

The "80/20" Rule: We focus on the high-impact vocabulary that will give you the fastest results. Your time is valuable; I make sure every minute counts.
