About Tanisha
I have always loved helping my classmates at school with their maths and chemistry homework, so I would like to take it to the next level and hopefully help other students that need my help to succeed in their subjects. As I am in similar age range to high school students, I hope to be more approachable and have a better understanding of how best to help any students that need an extra push to excel in their subjects. I can also give study tips and help older students with any questions they may have about UCAS and uni applications

In order to help the student understand some of the more complex concepts in both Maths and Chemistry, I aim to break down the concept into smaller chunks in order to make them easier for the students to understand. I explain each concept then use past paper questions as examples to help them apply the concepts. I am flexible with the length of a lesson, however I recommend an hour session. I have had previous experience with tutoring S4 students with National 5 chemistry and National 5 maths. As I have just recently finished Higher and Advanced Higher Maths and Chemistry, the content is still very much fresh in my mind. I offer tutoring for National 5 Chemistry and National 5 to Advanced Higher Maths.
