About Maria Eugenia

Hello! I am María Eugenia, a student of theater, dance and singing. I have been in high level training for more than 5 years, which I accompany with adequate training, to take care of my body and also to prevent future injuries. I am currently working in a children's musical.

About the lesson

The main objective of my classes is to take care of the body, know it and love it. For good health, the elongation of our muscles is necessary, with this activity we prevent future injuries and annoying pains that we have every day. The class will depend on the objective and level of each one, the main thing is to respect the limits of our body, we will gradually adapt to what the body needs in each session.
