About Maria
I have teaching experience in ballet and stretching, working with students of different ages and levels. My approach combines professional dance experience with personalized instruction, focusing on flexibility, technique, posture, strength and safe movement.
My professional dance training has given me a strong understanding of body alignment, movement and conditioning. I adapt each lesson to the student’s individual goals and abilities, creating a positive and supportive learning environment.
