I am a passionate Carnatic musician, Veena performer, and dedicated online instructor with formal training in classical music. I specialize in teaching Carnatic Vocal, Veena, and Music Theory to students of all skill levels. My teaching approach focuses on building strong fundamentals, mastering pitch (Sruti), rhythm (Tala), gamakas, and developing voice culture. I conduct engaging and structured step-by-step interactive sessions, ensuring a supportive environment for students to learn at their own comfortable pace.

About the Course & Lessons:
Welcome! I provide structured, one-on-one online lessons for Carnatic Vocal, Veena, and Carnatic Music Theory. Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to refine your technique and Gamakas, my classes offer a well-rounded curriculum:
1. Carnatic Vocal & Veena Training:
Foundation Level: Proper instrument holding/tuning techniques, posture, Sarali Varisai, Jantai Varisai, Dhatu Varisai, Upper Sthayi Varisai, and Alankaram.
Intermediate Level: Geetham, Swarajathi, and Varnam with a strong focus on Gamakas, Sruti alignment, and Raga purity.
Advanced Level: Classical Krithis, concert presentation, and expressive rendition.
2. Carnatic Music Theory (Sangeetha Sasthram):
In-depth theoretical knowledge covering Ragas, Talas, Lakshanas, and Notation reading.
3. Voice Culture & Technique:
Pitch perfection, breath control, and proper Veena plucking/fretting techniques.
Teaching Methodology:
Lessons are delivered in a patient, student-centric, and step-by-step manner. Proper notations, practice guides, and theoretical explanations are provided to ensure complete clarity and steady progress.
