About Naseer
My name is Naseer, and I am a qualified and experienced tutor specialising in Mathematics and Computer Science for K–12 and high school students. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, a degree that provided me with a strong academic grounding in both mathematical theory and computing — and I have been putting that knowledge to practical use ever since.
Over the past two years, I have worked directly with students at various levels, helping them to build confidence, close knowledge gaps, and achieve results they are proud of. Alongside my teaching, I work as a professional in the technology industry, which means the Computer Science I teach is grounded in real-world practice — not just theory.

My lessons are built around one simple belief — every student can master maths when it's taught the right way. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all teaching. Before we dive in, I take time to understand exactly where you're struggling, how you learn best, and what your goals are, so every session is tailored specifically to you. A typical lesson begins with a quick review of previous concepts to reinforce understanding, followed by a clear, jargon-free introduction to new material using real-world examples that actually make sense. We then work through problems together — gradually stepping back my guidance as your confidence grows — until you can tackle them independently. Whether it's Arithmetic foundations, cracking Algebra, navigating Trigonometry, or demystifying Algorithms, I break each topic into bite-sized, logical steps so nothing ever feels overwhelming. I place a strong emphasis on building genuine understanding over rote memorisation, because when you truly get the "why" behind the maths, the "how" becomes effortless. Students consistently tell me that concepts they struggled with for years finally clicked within just a few sessions. If you've ever felt written off by a teacher, lost in a classroom, or convinced that maths just isn't for you — this is where that changes.
