• Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?

  I was always someone who loves english as a subject in school .All thanks to the teachers I had back then even I studied in a not so fancy school but still my English teachers used to conduct different speaking activities like debate drama and the drama has to be written and executed by us I think it was the time when I fell in love with this language

• What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?

  I think the motivation is again self driven . I love it when I am able to teach someone in a efficient and easy way through which they achieve their desire goals and give me regards later.

• How does your work help society?

  Well being a Teacher I am responsible to shape the child even though I am taking session online . I have the capability to mend his behaviour about the subject and about learning as a whole. I help to send learning in rural areas through online method where there are not much resources and teachers available. For instance I have an govt english teacher from Punjab He is good at the subject but was not confident about speaking . So slowly and gradually I hel him building the skill and now he is teaching spoken english to the student in his school .And this is only one of the many incidents So yeah as a teacher I surely help the society in many ways

• If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?

  My role model is Sandeep Maheshwari. His way of motivating people through clarity, honesty, and simplicity really connects with me. He reminds me that communication isn’t about big words it’s about genuine connection. That’s what I aim for when I teach spoken English —helping students express themselves with confidence

• Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.

  Well,Apart from teaching I have various other hobbies which includes mainly dancing,cooking , writing poetry and sometimes reading also .

• Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?

  Yes, I once taught a third-grade student from Qatar who was originally from India. He was fluent in speaking English but struggled with reading and found it hard to stay focused during lessons. Since he was very active and easily distracted, I tried to make learning more engaging through games like stone, paper, scissors — whoever lost had to read the next sentence. He started enjoying our sessions and gradually improved his reading fluency without even realizing he was learning. That experience reminded me that sometimes, the best learning happens through play and connection.”
