About Jack
I believe it is vital to both learn from knowledgeable experts such as teachers and more relatable sources such as fellow students. I am currently a student and have been wanting to teach for a while now. I believe it is easier to learn in a more relatable one to one environment than in a classroom for some people. I have consistently achieved the highest grades in the year in terms of mathematics and further mathematics throughout my education as well as achieved gold in the UKMT twice and wish to help others to strive for the same. Moreover I am the Headboy of my school, a role I chose to take on because I enjoy helping people in achieving success. I offer a grounded tutoring experience, personalised to target specific weaknesses within the subject of mathematics or related subjects. Previously, I have helped several of my peers improve their maths grade and even their set or examination tier.

A lesson length is variable to my and your availability but typically around one or two hours. I can teach Key Stage 3 and 4, however I am best suited to teaching GCSE Maths and Further Maths content. I am very flexible on location or doing the lesson online, however I find that face to face is more effective. I am best suited to teach students who are interested in mathematics and/or wish to improve in it.
