About Saanvi

Hi there! I'm a college student and I have a huge passion for the English language. You can usually find me slumped in a corner, reading any and every genre I can reach for. To me, good communication and grasp over language is something essential that everyone should have.
I achieved 1st Rank internationally in the English Olympiad in the year 2024. This was the outcome of years of hard work and growing passion for the subject. I know how English is usually taught and how it could be taught differently. I want to share what I’ve learned, not just the technical rules but the confidence and curiosity that come from really understanding a language. Teaching is a way to give back what my own experience with English has given me.

About the lesson

As a student who went through the process myself, I know why the conventional text-book approach to English is grueling. It fails to cultivate that necessary foundation and interest in the language that makes not only coursework easy, but also strengthens communication and reflects in real life.
That is where I come in. I work to build that interest and appreciation for the language as it comes. I believe that the person learning English should not feel like it is a lesson at all, but should have the language so drilled into them, that it inculcates naturally.
Coming to more technical terms, classes are structured around your needs and level of current understanding. Each class will start off with a quick recap, moving into focused practice and ending with doubt clearing or a small quiz session. I'll also be providing regular material to help the student become more confident in their own abilities.
I hope to pass on the same confident, easy and natural relationship with the language through interactive learning rather than rote memorization.
