1. Understanding Learners:
I start by understanding the learners' familiarity with computers. Whether they are beginners or have some prior knowledge, this assessment helps in tailoring the lessons accordingly.
2. Step-by-Step Guidance:
I provide clear, step-by-step instructions on how to perform basic tasks such as starting and shutting down the computer, using the mouse and keyboard, opening and closing applications, and managing files and folders. Visual descriptions are provided to aid understanding.
3. Internet and Email Skills:
I teach basic internet skills, including using web browsers, searching for information online, and evaluating the credibility of websites. Additionally, I guide learners in setting up and using email accounts, understanding email etiquette, and attaching files to emails.
4. Tally Software Training:
In teaching Tally, I would provide step-by-step guidance on using the software. This includes creating company profiles, entering transactions, generating financial reports, and understanding various features of Tally ERP software. I would guide learners through the interface, ensuring they are comfortable navigating the software.
5. Creating a Comfortable Environment:
Learning about computers can be intimidating for beginners. I create a supportive and non-judgmental environment where learners feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes, as this is crucial for the learning process.
