I am an MBA pursuing student, I have been with fitness for over 5 years now. I am a certified professional trainer. I have been in touch with a lot of people trying to gain/lose weight and have successfully made an impact in their fitness regime.

I focus on learning by doing and believe in case study and scientific methods to approach fitness. Also, i try to be connected to clients and give them alternate solutions to problems. The first month of my training focusses on getting a better regime and then later to improve overall fitness levels.
